Location: Upshur County, West Virginia Stock Number: MUQ-07 Comments: A strikingly beautiful group of dragonflies are the Mosaic Darners, genus Aeshna. Their markings resemble fine Italian mosaics. As with the Clubtails, it can be hard to be certain which species you are photographing without collecting specimens.
