Subject: Banded Hickory Borer, Knulliana cincta in the Longhorned Beetles family (Cerambycidae)

Comments: Prominent spines on sides of the pronotum and at the elytra apices. The scutellum is considerably longer than broad.

Larvae feed on limbs and branches of hickory and several other hardwood species.
