Comments: Few visitors make it to Togiak National Wildlife Refuge. It is located in our least populous state, for one thing. For another, there are no roads that lead to it, so air or boat charter are the only transportation options for getting to the refuge. Also, the weather is extremely inhospitable for most of the year.
